What are the certification requirements?

At this time, participation in the Certified Dry Eye Center Program is open exclusively to members of the National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA). Your name, address, and e-mail are required for registration. You will also be asked a few certification questions after you enter your registration information.

Are there any membership dues or fees?

No. Participation in the Certified Dry Eye Center Program is exclusively open to members of the NCPA and is a complimentary program offering.

Can I end my participation at any time?

Yes. Once you join the Certified Dry Eye Center Program, you will have access to the member home page. There, you can edit your profile and amend your participation at any time.

Who sponsors the Certified Dry Eye Center Program?

The Certified Dry Eye Center Program is funded by Allergan, Inc. and co-sponsored by the NCPA.
